Can I register an individual player? New this year: we will accept individual player requests, but cannot guarantee a team. We will do our best to provide as many players a team as possible.
What if I don't have a team? 1. You may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief post including your player's current age and birth month/year or the age of the league the player would be playing for the spring of 2020, short descpription of positions played or years of experience, and contact information where coaches can reach you. This would go on the Team Networking page of our website. 2. You may email the league your player's name, birthdate, baseball experience, and parent contact information. This will put your player on a list for the league to potentially find a team for him/her to play on.
What if I'm a coach and don't have enough players? Coaches may also send an email to email@example.com advertising that you are looking for players to include your contact information.
What age do I play for fall? All players move up in league age after August 1. So, whatever age the player will be on April 30, 2020, this is the league the player would play in for fall. For example, a player that is 8 years old now, but turns 9 on (or before) April 30, 2020 must play Kid Pitch 9/10U for fall.
Why do we play on Sundays? For fall, it's the only day of the week that no other sports are practicing or playing. Many players play football or other fall sports as well. *We do not begin games until noon or sometimes 1:00pm to accommodate those that attend church on Sunday mornings.
Are uniforms required? No. We require all players to have baseball pants/shirts, cleats, and baseball hats. As long as shirts have a number on the back that is different from all other teammates' numbers, matching uniforms are not required.
Will teams be allowed to practice? Yes, we offer practices for teams once a week on Wednesdays or Saturdays depending on the need.
